I have done some searching about them. I know your body will build up an immunization like a shot but if your still having sex with that partner through out this time and we both still has them will are body's ever be ably to get ride of them or should we stop? i read some were that the ping pong effect doesn't happen but i don't know if that's the same thing.

And yes, it is true that you can get rid of them...it takes your immune system time to build up though to get rid of them. You will still have HPV that could come back at any time. But the levels are so slow that you will even test negative.
