Yes you can. But you will not get any benefits for it as a disability once you get out. Tons of soldiers have HPV/Genital wart, herpes, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and some can continue on active duty after they are diagnosed with HIV until it turns into full blown aids.

MOST sexually active people have had HPV in some form. If didn't let people with HPV join the military, we'd have no military!
